Can I join the course if my NDEB profile still needs approval?
Yes, you can register for our AFK course while your documents are still in the process of being approved.
What should I do if I’m enrolled in the course and my NDEB profile is not approved yet?
If you are enrolled in our AFK course and the exam booking date is approaching, we recommend completing your current cycle. This way, you can benefit from the mock exams and discussions. After completing the full course, you are eligible to register for our review package.
Can I defer my mocks to the next cycle if my documents are not approved yet?
Unfortunately, we cannot defer the mock exams to the next cycle. Once you register for a cycle, it must be fully completed. Special circumstances can be reviewed with management; please contact us at info@prepdoctors.ca.
Is the course delivered online or on-site?
We offer three different AFK packages: the full course, the online full course, and the review course. Please review our AFK page on the website for a detailed comparison of these options.
Can I attend the full on-site course from home?
Unfortunately, the 6-month on-site course requires in-person attendance. If you cannot attend in person, we offer an online AFK course.
I’m attending classes in Mississauga; can I rewatch replays in your Richmond Hill location?
Yes, you can watch lecture replays from our Richmond Hill location, subject to approval and availability from the admin at that location.
