Prep Doctors’ HARP-Approved Certification Course is a comprehensive, 4-week hybrid program designed for dental professionals and office staff who need certification to operate dental radiography equipment in Ontario. By completing this course, you’ll meet the provincial standards under the Healing Arts Radiation Protection Act (HARP) and be fully authorized to perform dental X-rays in clinical settings.

Master radiation safety, imaging techniques, equipment handling, and compliance with HARP, Safety Code 30, and Regulation 543—everything you need to meet legal standards and enhance your radiography proficiency.

This course is a hybrid course where in-person practical lab sessions will be held at #203-1515 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga, ON.

Who can Enroll?

Admission Requirements

Stream B - Dental Office Staff

Internationally trained dentists, dental hygienists, or dental assistants.

Currently employed in a dental office or completed a recognized Dental Office Administration program.

Must hold a non-accredited dental degree (validated via WES or NDAEB).

Completion of a certified dental anatomy course.

Must have an approved registration status with the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) or the National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB).

Individuals without prior dental experience are not eligible for this program.
