Can I get the materials and start preparing before the course starts?
We can provide the materials before the course start date if they are available. Please email operations@prepdoctors.com for more information.
Do you provide study materials for the course? Is it a hard copy or a digital copy?
We provide full study materials for all of our courses. Depending on the course, the format of the study materials can be either digital or hard copy.
What online courses do you offer?
We offer several courses online, including AFK, ACJ, NDECC Clinical Skills, and Virtual OSCE. These courses are fully online, with access limited to the course duration. Extensions for course access will not be available. Lecture videos are accessible online only and cannot be downloaded. Instructors are available during live sessions or by appointment.
Do you offer lecture replays?
Lecture replays are provided depending on the course. Please contact us at info@prepdoctors.ca to inquire about replays for the course you are interested in taking.
Can I only sign up for the mocks?
Unfortunately, we do not offer mock exams separately for all courses as mocks are included with the full course you register for. However, extra mocks are available for NDECC Clinical Skills and Situational Judgment.
Do you provide an enrollment letter if I need it?
Yes, our operations team can provide you with an enrollment letter for any of the courses you are registered for. Please contact our team at operations@prepdoctors.ca for more information.
Can I pay a deposit to secure a seat for a course?
Unfortunately, we are unable to secure seats for any of our courses through a deposit. Your seat is secured when you initiate/ complete the registration process.
When do I get my access card? What do I have access to?
When you register for on-site courses, our operations team will provide you with an access card on the first day during orientation. For AFK courses, you will have access to the computer lab and student lounge. For NDECC courses, you will also have access to clinical labs, depending on the session you are enrolled in.
I have registered for the course, when/how will I receive more information on the first day onwards?
A detailed email will be sent out 2 weeks before the start of the course explaining everything you need to know from orientation day onwards.
I live far from the main office, can I have the materials shipped to my address?
If you are enrolled in an online course, our operations team will ship the materials to your address. For those who would like to buy the materials separately or need the materials shipped earlier to prepare for an in-person course, we can still ship the materials to your address, however, shipping will cost extra.
Where can I find the course schedule?
Course schedules are posted on our website under each course. The schedules are also sent in the welcome email that is sent upon registration.
I'm trying to register for the course, can you walk me through the payment process?
To make a payment for a course, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the PDF in the invoice sent to your email
- Click the “click here to pay” button located in the bottom left corner.
- A new window will open displaying the total amount due and other personal details. Click on the “pay now” button at the top right corner.
- Another window will appear where you can complete the payment process.
How long before the start date of the course can I register?
Our course registration remains open depending on seat availability.
Can I switch locations after a course starts?
Yes, you can switch the location of the course you are enrolled in depending on seat availability.
What information do I need to provide to register for courses at Prep Doctors?
To enroll in a course at Prep Doctors, you only need to provide the following information:

What are the computer lab access hours?
Lab access is available every day from 8 am to 9 pm. Some exclusions apply, and updates are communicated via email or LMS announcements.
