Rafik has been a part of Prep Doctors for over seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Physics, and a Business Administration Diploma, which equip him with a deep understanding of the dental education industry.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Rafik is dedicated to ensuring that foreign-trained dentists have the essential resources to confidently navigate the equivalency process. He oversees the development and implementation of business strategies, and operational process optimization, and is expanding and managing global operations across Canada, the USA, and Australia. Rafik also plays a pivotal role in designing and tailoring our courses and preparatory programs to help dentists, always prioritizing their success in his efforts.

Outside of work, he has a passion for automobiles and enjoys exploring diverse culinary experiences.
